Wine at The Gander is not simply about drinking, it is about having a unique and genuine experience. This leads us to select a broad range of diverse wines from around the world, each with a unique story to tell about where they come from, and a unique partnership with the food being served. The goal of our program is to appeal to many different types of wine drinkers, from the adventurous and price conscious consumer to the collector of fine treasures. We treat every wine on the list with equal respect and equal merit for its personality and place. We offer over 20 wines by the glass ranging from funky inexpensive wines from the United States, Portugal, Italy, Spain, or France to eight rare selections served from our Enomatic wine machine that allow us to feature unique and rare classic wines (such as mature Burgundy and Bordeaux) as well as the occasional oddity that we are privileged and excited to be able to offer by the glass. Our selections lean heavily on French and American wine, as these are the two prime influences on our culinary direction, but we also feature broad selections of important producers from Italy, Spain and Germany as well as hand-picked selections from all over the world.
